Love My Life and Mean It!

"Are you there? Write a book!"
Ha? I was meditating in my garden, looking at a 12" Budda I'd placed under a three trunk palm tree. I sat facing the Budda statue. My legs twisted in a reverse indian style position and my hands centered on my abdomin. The moisture in the grass was seeping through my stretch pants yet I still felt a sense of desire to sit there and quiet my mind.

Suddenly "Are you there? Write a book!" Ha? How? When? A couple of weeks went by and A friend approached me. "Joanna. Would you be interested in writing a book with 5 other women?"
A quick back flash of the moment entered my mind and immediately I responded, "Yes. When and with who?" Well I must say writing a book is no easy feat. A year and a few months later, the book is now being written by 8 women including me and a monologue is being produced in March. Exciting! So many people to thank. But before I accept an academy award and make a claim to fame, I invite everyone to join us. Log on to http://www.casa0101.org to get more information and reserve your tickets. The monologue is titled 8 Ways to Say I Love My Life and Mean It

Thank goodness I believe in my inner voice! This opportunity has been a healing and spritual experience. Writing this book has helped me heal inside and learn "How to Say, I Love My Life And Mean It!"

A New Beginning

New beginnings happen all the time. A thought forms in our minds, an idea or a dream ready for you to take charge of this new beginning.

Intuition is the inner voice that guides us. Leads us in the right direction to take charge of our ideas, choices and make better decisions.

Some are born with the sensitivity of this voice and others require a bit more attention.

I prefer to think of intuition as a trilogy. A trilogy of body, mind and spirit coming together to reach deep inside and connect with the soul.

To reach inside yourself, take 10 minutes of absolute solitude each day. Sit in a quite place, no music, or noise only the voices of nature. Clear you mind of all your troubles. When you are done, begin a journal of all the messages that follow.

Take charge of your thoughts and actions to begin on your path of a new beginning.
